SurfPrep’s 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

SurfPrep offers a 30-day money back guarantee. The 30 day period begins with the purchase date of the product. *Must show receipt with purchase date. You will be refunded the purchase price of the product shown on receipt. Freight charges are non refundable and SurfPrep is not responsible for shipping costs to return the product.

Once SurfPrep receives the product back, we do a visual and manual inspection of the product. The product must not have any signs of misuse or damages caused by the customer. Once examination of product is finished, SurfPrep or the distributor you purchased your product from will submit a refund to the card the product was purchased with, minus the freight charges.

Please contact SurfPrep before returning your unwanted product, we would love to see if we can solve any problems you may be facing. There are usually solutions to a problem you are facing with your product.

Return Policy:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. We cannot accept any returns after that timeframe.
• In some circumstances a 15% restocking fee may be applied. You will be notified prior to return if this restocking fee applies to you.
• All returns must be initiated via email. Please email info@surfprepsanding.com with your order number in the subject line.
• Photos Required – Our customer support staff may ask for photos of the item(s) you are returning. This is required for processing returns and if no photos can be submitted a return will be denied.
