Shipping Policy

We are committed to processing and shipping your orders quickly and accurately. Please review the details below to understand how we handle shipping:

📦 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly delayed.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order has shipped.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We offer a range of shipping options at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the carrier and selected service.

  • We currently ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx, depending on order size and destination.

Note: SurfPrep is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once your order has left our facility.

🌎 Shipping Locations

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada.

  • International shipping may be available in the future.

Canadian Customers: You are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees required by your country.

🔄 Changes or Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If you need to make a change after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@surfprepsanding.com or (951) 245-4200. We cannot make changes once your order has shipped.

❗ Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been fulfilled and a tracking number has been provided, SurfPrep is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If your package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors, your local post office, or the delivery service. Unfortunately, SurfPrep is unable to refund or replace orders that have been lost or stolen after delivery.

We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item(s) and packaging. We’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue. info@surfprepsanding.com
