We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why SurfPrep offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

To qualify for a refund:

  • A valid receipt showing the purchase date is required.

  • The product must be returned in original condition, free of misuse or damage.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment in 5 business days, minus any shipping charges. If your purchase was made through a SurfPrep distributor, they will process the refund.

Return Policy Guidelines

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply in certain cases. You will be notified in advance if this applies.

  • All returns must be initiated via email. Please email info@surfprepsanding.com with your order number in the subject line.

  • Photos are required: Our customer support team may request images of the item(s) before return approval. If photos cannot be provided, the return may be denied.
